2024 Annual Gala
The 2024 Annual Gala "Havin' A Ball in The Big Easy" presented by The Fletchers Real Estate will be on Saturday, March 9th at the Veterans Memorial Center from 5pm-11pm. This is CCE's largest fundraiser of the year and a critical way of bringing financial support to our campus!
Tickets can be purchased here starting Monday, January 22nd. The ticket price includes:
- Open Bar with Craft Cocktails, Local Beer and Wines
- Dinner & Dancing
- Live Music
- Games & Merriment!

Early Bird Ticket Price is $70 (Before Feb 17th)

This is CCE's largest fundraiser of the year and a critical way of bringing financial support to our campus!
The money raised at the Gala funds SIPAT events and programs such at Fiesta, Círculo de Lectura, and Dia de los Muertos. The funds also allow SIPAT to support the school library, pay for professional development for our teachers and staff, and provide hospitality breakfasts and lunches to our staff, among other things.
We are looking for volunteers of all types to help coordinate and support this year's event. There is no experience required to join the planning committee, but if you have any experience in event planning, fundraising, networking, marketing, or project management, we'd love your expertise.
