Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences Monday-Friday, November 13-17.
- Kindergarten AM and PM arrival/dismissal and Wacky Wednesday schedules do not change.
- 1st to 6th grade students will be dismissed at 12:10 p.m. every day this week.
Please read important information listed below:
- The dismissal bell will ring at 12:10 p.m.
o Parents may pick up students at 12:10 p.m. who are opting out of hot or home lunch time at the Cafeteria/MPR tables.
- Lunch is available to all students at the end of the school day.
- 11:45-12:00 p.m. for Kindergarten students (parents supervise their Kindergarten student).
- 12:10-12:30 p.m. for 1st – 6th grade students (parents may pick up students at the lunch tables or back of the school at 12:30p).
- CCE Supervision will be provided for students who regularly attend Catalyst or Davis Kids Klub until those programs open at 1:30 p.m.
o No CCE Supervision after 1:30 p.m.
- CCE Students must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver during the Scholastic Book Fair this week in the Library.
Our school is accountable for your student(s) after dismissal. We would like to ensure your 1st-6th grade student(s) has a 12:10 p.m. dismissal plan, we ask that you complete this survey here to help our staff ensure your child is where they need to be between 12:10 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Please fill out survey if you have more than one student enrolled at CCE.
